Join the Jaycees

As you can see by our website, the Jaycees have a lot to offer anyone who is interested in making new friends and being active in the community.   We hope you like what we've shown you and will consider joining our organization.  With 40+ current members and hundreds of local alums, you'll be part of a great tradition that was started in 1936 and continues on today.

Becoming a Member

Joining is simple.  The most common method is sending an email to our Membership VP (email) to get more info and find out what's coming up.  In addition, guests are always welcome to visit our general membership meeting held on the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at our facility.  It's just that easy!

We understand that meeting a bunch of new people can be a bit intimidating.  After all, each of us was once a new member ourselves.  So, why not try it before you officially become a member?  Talk to our Membership Team and ask to take part in some of our activities before you decide.  You'll receive the monthly newsletter and be welcomed to take part in all of our events while you decide.

Fees

As part of our association with the United States Jaycees, an annual fee of $55 is paid by each member with a discounted amount of $90 per married couple.   Scholarships are available for the first year of membership depending on need and status of our budget.  Many companies will often sponsor their employees, so this may be an option for you as well.  In addition, every time you take part in a project you will receive a one dollar credit towards future dues or purchases of Jaycee items.   Often our members will pay 40-50% of next year's dues with this credit.
